How we got here

We started in 2021 around Vijay Nagar and learned early that sending the right number of people is only half the job — the other half is whether they know the counter they are walking into.

Today we run an induction desk for every intake, keep one grooming and service standard across zones, and close verification before anyone stands behind a food counter.

What we value

• Briefed, not guessing. Everyone knows the outlet before the shutter goes up.
• Same standard everywhere. A zone does not change what a manager was promised.
• Papers first. Verification and health cards closed before the counter, not after.
