The role
The week has a shape: heavier at the start when new joiners come on, steadier later, busiest before festival and wedding weeks when intakes are larger.
You work by phone and video with new joiners and outlet supervisors, from an induction checklist and the shift app.
Full-time and remote on a day shift, with a senior who sits in on your first inductions.
What you'll do
- Walk new joiners through counter etiquette and service sequence
- Cover the shift app, slot booking and what to do about a missed slot
- Check grooming and uniform standards against each outlet's expectation
- Brief outlet supervisors on who is arriving and confirm paperwork is closed
- Keep an induction record for every person on the roster
What we're looking for
- You have worked around service staff — as a supervisor, team lead, trainer or store in-charge
- Clear and patient on the phone and on video
- Hindi and working English
- Organised enough to keep records for a moving roster
What we offer
- ₹20,000–26,000 a month, fixed
